USAopoly (The OP) is seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative & Receptionist. Do you who believe in having fun? Do you love bringing a smile to a customer's face? Serve as the first point of contact for our organization as our receptionist, greeting visitors...answering the phone...and interacting with our community by answering customer service questions - and have fun doing it!

Responsibilities:

Company Administrative Duties

  • Answer phones & maintain in-house phone list
  • Update/change outgoing phone greetings when office is closed for Holidays           
  • Greet guests
  • Distribute Newspapers
  • Coordinate Company Functions/lunches and daily lunch pick up as needed
  • Postage machine maintenance and process all outgoing mail
  • Take outgoing mail to mailbox or Post Office when necessary
  • Prepare and mail all sales catalogs to customers
  • Assist VP of Marketing with administrative support as necessary
  • Central Ordering Function
  • Receive office supply requests and find the best price and source
  • Place and receive orders

 Consumer Service and Sales Support Duties

  • Check and respond to consumer emails, web submissions and phone calls
  • Pull and mail out missing parts to consumers
  • Resolve consumer complaints/issues
  • Issue recipient; update & distribute monthly consumer service log
  • Track games that give us the most difficulty/weekly, monthly
  • Track social media feedback/responses
  • Respond to unsolicited product submission requests response
  • Process game parts & accessory customer orders that ship from Carlsbad
  • Maintain parts inventory in warehouse

  • Excellent Customer Service abilities

  • Organization
  • Preferred: Board Game knowledge or love of playing games!

 

Experience:

  • 2+ Years Customer Service
  • Proficient in MS Office

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time
